The second render produced beautiful tallow — but the deep bowls caused the interior to cool unevenly, creating a grainy, crystalline texture in the center. For cosmetic-grade formulation, tallow must set in shallow, wide pans to cool evenly and produce a smooth, consistent result. This shaped everything about Render 3.
This is what three renders look like. Smooth, consistent, ivory-cream. This is the tallow that goes into every jar of Restorative Face Balm.
